Ordering
You may place orders for pre-determined packages through our online shopping cart system. Packages that are either not pre-determined or involve custom solutions will need to be placed through our Sales team.
Delivery Method and Timing
Unless otherwise specified, all order activations and installations shall be performed by our IT & Engineering team. Orders for pre-determined packages typically take 1-2 business days to fulfill, while custom solutions may take up to 3-4 weeks to fulfill.
Recurring Billing
All plans are invoiced on a recurring basis (either monthly or annually). Unless otherwise specified, the billing cycle’s due date lands on the anniversary of your start date. You can log-in to our client portal to update your payment information at any time. It is your responsibility to keep your billing info current at all times!
Non-Payment and Chargebacks
If we are unable to collect payment by your billing cycle’s due date (or we receive a chargeback/refund/reversal), your services will be deactivated until all past due invoices are paid. If an invoice reaches 30 days past due, your account and all its associated data will be permanently deleted from our system.
Cancellations and Refunds
Service cancellation requests must be submitted via the client portal. Once a cancellation request is approved, the following prorated refund is applied: (dollar value of unused time) x (50% penalty) = refund amount. For example, if you paid $180 for a 1 year package, but decide to cancel after 6 months, then your refund amount would be: (6months x $180/12months) x 50% = $45. This equates to 3 months worth of service. Also, your account will be deactivated and all its associated data will be permanently deleted from our system.
Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades or downgrades may be requested at any time. Payments made towards your existing package (“credits”) will be applied towards your new package. If you have insufficient credits in your account, you will be charged to make up for the amount owed.
